    The drive through speaker thing is right next to a loud air conditioning heating thing. It is hard to hear what is being said.  
    I am going to stop going to this D&D because every coffee I have bought from there this week has a ton of coffee grinds in it! Seriously...I get they are busy but this is ridiculous! Nothing worse than trying to enjoy a cup of coffee and gagging because I get a mouth full of coffee grinds!
    There are so many D&D's in the area that I am not limited to just this one...

    This is the worst DD in Framingham waited in line for 10 minutes when I finally got to the counter the most ignorant fat bitch I ever met decide she was gonna wait on the drive through instead of people in line this employee without a doubt needs customer relations training as well as needs to be disciplined for her rude an arrogant behavior if not fired she gives DD employees a bad name ,get rid of her !!!!

    WORST DUNKIN IN THE ENTIRE MIDDLESEX AREA!! TWICE. I ordered 2 macchiatos w almond milk, they made them without any espresso and all cream, AND gave me bacon egg and cheese instead of egg and cheese wake up wrap. I'm a vegetarian!!!

    Was by far the worst experience at any Dunkins. After sitting at the drive through for 7 minutes being told to hold on I proceeded to go inside where it then took another 13-15 minutes take my order. I explained my frustration to the "manager " who literally okayed me to death. And told me there was nothing he could do. Yes I was mad. I have a job to get to. 25 minutes at any dunks is ridiculous .  My frozen hot chocolate came in a hot latte cup. No whipped cream. My coffee was wrong. It was absolutely disgusting. Then I asked for a refund just on my coffee and was told he was going to call the police on me. This is coming from someone who has ran a Dunkin' Donuts and have had a hearty career in the restaurant business  I really hope that the owner has a chance to read this.

    The gf and I walk in and as soon as she looked in she said  "oh god it's her again". And once in she was already apologizing. Send Stephanie V. packing.  Or you've lost our Sunday business forever.
